I'm almost two weeks into the ownership of my new-to-me Avant 40 TFSI, and I'm the sort of chap who likes to be organised and proactive when it comes to maintenance. I'm not a high mileage driver, averaging between 8-10k miles PA, so there are question marks over how often I'm going to need to do oil changes and the likes. Hi I would like to introduce myself to the forum. Name's Chris. We have 2 Audi A3s (2009 and 2019) Both are really excellent to drive. However... The 2009 1.9TDI 8P 3 door has an issue with the drivers wing mirror. The Indicator repeater has stopped working. The electric mirror function has stopped working. The heated mirror has stopped working. I have checked all of the fuses (not sure which one feeds this mirror) They are good. Can anyone assist please? Many thanks in advance.

Hi all, just picked up my first car — a 2011 Audi A1 1.4 TFSI Contrast Edition, S tronic, 3dr. It's a Japan import, so still getting familiar with everything and making sure I'm on top of the right service checks given the history. Really excited to be part of the club — looking forward to learning from everyone here and picking up tips on keeping her running well. Any advice for new A1 owners, especially anyone else who's dealt with a import, would be much appreciated!

I'm having an interim service and cam belt and waterpump job at my local independent Audi specialist BVR. Its £810 for the cambelt and £244 for the interim service, how does this compare with what others in the forum have paid? Also ref my mmi probs, there is also no light on the SOS call function above the mirrorin addition to the other problems.

Can anyone help... 1990 1.8 Mono-Jetronic engine. I've noticed a loose vacuum line under the airbox (outlined in red), it's coming out next to the clear line. It isn't blanked off. I do get hissing on acceleration. Where does it go? It's only about 15cm long. Thanks
