I've got a 2024 Audi A6. I've been doing a lot of motorway driving this week, racking up over 1000 miles. And I'm currently halfway to Switzerland... Anyway, the check engine light came on with an emissions related fault on the app. I tried opening and closing the fuel cap and ad blue cap, but it didn't go away. Its got a good amount of adblue in the tank. Should I be worried enough to find a local service somewhere? Anything I can look at to get an idea of the issue? I don't have a scanner...

The car was juddering on first gear and making a knocking noise when pressing the clutch.
