So just got a brand new A3 sport saloon which I really like but the road noise through the tyres is crazy, the car came with Good Year F1 Eagle tyres on. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you rectify it as I would love to know. Look forward to hearing from you all. Cheers Graham

I have recently replaced the battery and had it encoded to the on board computer. However the stop start system warning light has come on again. Basically trawled through all I had learned and stumbled on a Wi-Fi issue that was contrary to anything I had been told which helped in making viewing the software far easier I basically took the camera back to basics new SDcard formatted by the camera deleted mobile app and reinstalled made sure live view ok and was able to save the settings in the app The second thing I stumbled on as Audi had pulled the plug on the viewing windows pc software that the rear view does not show as a folder which makes you assume rear view files have not been recorded but in fact the files are generally hidden and only visual on certain software it’s endless how everything can be answered different ways and very complicated to write the whole story

Well, after much deliberation, I decided that skimping on tyres wasn't worth the risk, so I'll be getting Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6's fitted this week. The clincher was the fact that the Sailun ones I was considering allegedly only last 10k miles, and the Goodyears 26-30k miles. For an extra 250 quid, the Goodyears make a lot more sense.

Many thanks Pete. 60 miles/day should be more than adequate to revive a serviceable battery within a week, so would be interested to know what the cause is if the warning remains after being reset. Regards, Gareth.
